Along the
same lines as the CDs in the Cycles series which began back
in 1996, this recording is part 1 of a new series of virtual
installation pieces, intended for infinite playback. This installment
also makes for an excellent "sleeper" disc. This
disc was composed, recorded, and mastered with sound levels
that slowly decrease to create a piece that drifts off into
the night.
The recording starts at a moderately high volume with a long slow fade. It works
best when started at a comfortable level. As it proceeds, the overall volume
will drop to quieter levels.
